Our Team
Licensed Professional Counselors
As a licensed professional counselor, board approved clinical supervisor, and counselor educator, Dr. Connor brings to PCG many years of experience in a variety of clinical settings, including The Prestera Center for Mental Health (West Virginia) and The Family Resource Center at Women and Children's Hospital (WV). Dr. Connor serves on the faculty of Corban University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program in Salem, OR, and has also taught at Bushnell University (Eugene, OR). Dr. Connor specializes in couple and family counseling, parenting issues, and helping people recover from trauma, grief and loss.

Professional Counselor Associates
Katherine Burns, MAKatherine is a Professional Counselor Associate at Professional Counseling Group. She is originally from Calgary, Alberta and after several moves around the United States, she calls Oregon home. She is a wife, mother to three young children and loves to create art, drink coffee and explore the outdoors with her family. In the past she worked as an Intern Counselor at the Wheaton College Counseling Center and has degrees from the University of Northwestern-Saint Paul (Minnesota) and Wheaton College (Wheaton, Illinois)

Patricia Sampson, MAPatricia earned her MA in Counseling at George Fox University. Her professional experience includes counseling at the Union Gospel Mission (Portland), LifeChange for Women and Children (Beaverton), and in private practice. Patricia utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and a strong person-centered approach that integrates a lifespan development perspective. She provides Parent-Child Interaction Therapy to help children, parents, caregivers, and families. Having raised four adult children, she knows the challenges and benefits of family relationships, and the value of working things out to find healing and restoration.

Ryan Hill, MARyan is a Professional Counselor Associate at Professional Counseling Group. He is a graduate of Corban University's master's degree program in clinical mental health counseling. Ryan has experience in a variety of clinical settings and brings a warm and practical style to his work with clients. In addition to his professional experience, Ryan brings a wealth of person experience as someone who has pursued growth in his own life as an individual, a husband and father. He works with individuals, couples, and families. Ryan loves to help people heal and find solutions to life's challenges.

Tiffany is a Professional Counselor Associate at Professional Counseling Group. She is a graduate of Corban University's Master of Arts program in clinical mental health counseling. Tiffany works at both our McMinnville and Salem offices. She brings a genuine care and competence to her work with clients. She works with individuals, couples, and families, adults, children and teens. She works from an integrative cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic perspective to help clients gain insight, find healing, and make positive changes in their lives. Before training to be a professional counselor, Tiffany worked in Human Resources. Family is so important to Tiffany, and her work reflects her core values for people to heal, grow, and find meaningful relationships.
